Kristine Woolsey, Behavioral Strategist, Speaker, Blogger

Kristine (Kristi) Woolsey is the Practice Lead for Creative Environments at MAYA, a design and technology innovation consultancy. Kristi is well known as a behavioral strategist with years of speaking and research on the impact that the physical environment has on human behavior. She joined MAYA design in 2015 in order to build a practice that looks at the environments holistically—examining the physical, digital, and cultural aspects together.

The Creative Environments group designs the cultural, physical, and digital environments that bring desired experiences to life, allowing businesses to engage both employees and customers, scale with less footprint, reduce friction between groups and departments, and attract, retain, and develop the most capable human beings.

A large portion of Kristi’s work involves studying future trends so that businesses can put their goals in context of the changes being experienced by their customers and employees.
